New Research on Founding Team Leadership can also be Applied in the Corporate Setting

Over the last 18 months, our speaker had the opportunity to work extensively with an impressive panel of people, including 2 Columbia professors, serial entrepreneurs and investors on new research regarding entrepreneurial leadership and co-founder teams.  In her work, she found that more than 2/3rds of co-founder teams broke up due to “CoFounder Conflict or Incompatibility” and that much of this conflict was readily avoidable.

While the original focus of this research was on Co-Founder teams, many of the findings can be applied to the corporate setting  as well.   So whether you are looking to start a company, to become a more effective leader, or to more effectively participate as a team member, come join us as we learn more from Julia McNamera about how this research can help you to be more effective.
