How to Make a Memorable First Impression

Julia McNamara recently authored an article for the Columbia alumni magazine that addresses How to Make a Memorable First Impression. You have about 90 seconds to make a good first impression. After a bad impression is formed, it is hard to undo. This article drew heavily from her Developing Executive Presence course. Research shows that Executive Presence accounts for 26% of what it takes to get promoted or hired. But no one tells you WHAT executive presence is, until now. Participants will walk out with tools and techniques they can use immediately.
