Seminar: The $5,120,000 Window of Opportunity ... and other Tax Incentives for High Income Earners.

Please join CBSAC/NY, Friedman LLP, Fieldpoint Private, and Moses & Singer LLP for a panel on current tax and gifting opportunities for high income earners. [CBSAC/NY event]

Time may be running out for high income earners to take advantage of significant tax saving opportunities.
The current $5,120,000 million gift-tax exemption ($10,240,000 million per married couple), is scheduled to drop to $1 million ($2 million per married couple) in 2013.
This year may be the last chance for high income taxpayers to take advantage of the 15% capital gains (and dividend) tax rate and the 35% ordinary income tax rates before they go up to 23.8% and 43.4%, respectively.
Many high income earners considering making large gifts, doing a Roth conversion or liquidating an appreciated stock position are doing it by the end of this year. These moves require planning and execution time – and the end of the year is quickly approaching. Don’t miss out on this window of opportunity! Our experts will detail the tax saving strategies you need to implement NOW!
